I have a question. I’m trying to connect via my smartphone and it would always connect. The day I turned it on, I told it to connect and it wouldn’t connect, and that’s not what I’m doing. Thanks in advance for the answer.
What’s the version of your Roon Server?
The version I have installed is Roon 2.60 (Build 1629)
And your phone app is the same version?
I’m asking because there there were recently several cases that looked just like yours, which were caused by having different versions from different release branches installed together (typically 2.60 Production and 2.59 Early Access) which can’t work.
If you have all 2.60, I’d recommend opening a support ticket: go to → Support and then click Get Help
Ok, so all being 2.60 and it’s not this known issue with the mixed versions. I’d recommend the official support ticket, then.
I managed to solve the problem. I uploaded a backup and that solved the problem for me and I am currently able to connect from my smartphone.
