Description of Issue

I’ve been unable to sign in to my Roon account from my PC. Every time I sign in by providing the legit email address and password, it automatically sends email “new sign in detected”. I can sign in from my ipad but not my PC. I looked up the articles in the community and someone last year had exactly same issue as mine but i did not find a fix. I use Norton 360 and Malwarebytes
Can someone at Roon please look into my account log and let me know how I could resolve this issue?

Don’t mean this as an insult, but CAPS LOCK maybe? It happens.

Did you try temporarily disabling Norton and Malwarebytes? Probably.
