I was able to rectify the issue by doing a backup and restore of the Roon Server.
Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Intel NUC8 RoonServer Windows 10
Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
FritzBox 7590, Repeater 1750, Core connected via Ethernet. Stable AC wifi.
Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
1x AudioQuest DragonFly Red, 1x HifiBerry Digi+ Pro with Devialet Phantoms (Optical Splitter), Chord MojoPoly with Ultimate Ears 18 Pro IEMS, 4x HifiBerry AMP2 endpoints with passive speakers each.
Description Of Issue
I’m not able to identify my audio devices anymore. When I click on “Identify this device” the database seems to be empty and searching for anything (“Audioquest”, “Dragonfly”, “Hifiberry”) also doesn’t give any results. Restarting the RoonServer also didn’t change that behavior.
