Can you please provide more information about your Roon system and network by completing the information below:
Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)
Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet
Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.
Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”

Thanks for writing in! Are you still having issues with audio dropping out? Is this only happening in Roon?
As @Robert_F mentioned, we will need a bit more information - how is your Roon Server device connected to your network?
The next time you experience a dropout, take note of the date, time, and name of the track playing and share that info here - our team will be able to enable diagnostic mode for your Roon Server and we’ll take a closer look into what might be going on.
