but how to create a playlist in the shortest way (outside roon?)?!
I think there are many free tools that can generate a playlist given a folder, sorry I haven’t such tool for a long time so cannot give a definitive answer but it should not be difficult to find one, the .m3u format is quite simple.
I’ve only ever heard complete albums so far, something like a “playlist” is alien to me.
Roon has significantly changed my perspective on various things…,
Have created many “playlists” (m3u) in the meantime, but Roon does not find them?!
Have created on 03.03.2022 almost 100 playlists, roon finds so far maybe 5, is probably due to my computer?! … and I actually thought I was technically well prepared…
my collection is on an external hard drive 16 TB seagate, backup is on the network
I doubt it is computer. Maybe how stored or named.
the problem could be that individual playlists/albums have too big a way, e.B. a/b/c/d/e/f/…
