I reopened my subscription but cannot download the x win sw maybe I have something older on my PC.

I have reactivated my subscription but cannot reinstall the software on my Win PC as I must still have something that keeps a previous version open.

I have a PC on which there was a previous version of Roon I tried to uninstall and then download Roon software again but a box appears saying: ‘please quit all instances of RoonServer before…’

If you are trying to uninstall Roon from a Windows PC, then you first need to stop Roon Server (which is running in the background) and then uninstall Roon.

Go to the background applications section of the Windows Taskbar, right-click on the Roon Server icon and choose Quit.
