Ciao @anon91065934,

Grazie!

Welcome to the community,

ARC already shows Ready, so the next step is to confirm what is blocking access from outside your home network.

Since you’re using a FritzBox 5590 with multiple routers in the setup, the most useful things to check are:

  • whether the router that has the public internet connection is the one doing the port forwarding for Roon ARC,
  • whether there is any double NAT or another router upstream that may be handling traffic before the FritzBox,
  • what the ARC diagnostics screen shows in Settings > Roon ARC on the Roon Server when you are failing to connect.

If you can share what ARC reports in that diagnostics screen, plus whether you’re trying from mobile data or WiFi away from home, we can take the next step from there.

The best way to gather this information would be to set your mobile device to cellular while you’re at home (disable wifi on the device) and attempt to connect. When it fails, navigate to your Roon Settings > Roon Arc and see if you can copy the diagnostic code there and share it here.

Thank you!

Hi @anon91065934,

Wanted to follow up on this. Have you had a chance to test ARC from cellular data while the device was at home, with WiFi turned off, and then check what the diagnostics page in Roon ARC reports in Settings > Roon ARC on the Roon Server? Since your setup includes a FritzBox 5590 and more than one router, it would also help to know whether the public internet connection is on the same router that has the port forwarding for ARC, or if there may be a double NAT upstream. Let us know what the diagnostic code says and whether you were trying to connect over mobile data or WiFi away from home.
