Note also that if you’re in the UK/EU, lots of Nugs material simply doesn’t play (as I’ve found in the UK), apparently because of geo/location blocking. You can tell if that’s the case by trying to play the same item on www.nugs.net. If it doesn’t play there either, that’s the likely cause.
