Describe the issue
Good morning.
I have a lifetime subscription to Roon.
I use a Qnap NAS as a server where I have installed version 2.0 (build 1490) of Roon Server, just updated. I access the service, among other devices, from a Samsung Galaxy S9+ smartphone with Android 8 installed and the Roon Remote app. Until a few days ago I was able to access the service from the smartphone in question without any problem. Since I updated the Roon server software a few days ago and switched to the latest version reported above, the Roon Remote app disappeared from my smartphone, without updating it on the smartphone. So I went to the Google Play Store (in the My Apps section) to search for the Roon Remote app and from there I see that the app is actually installed on my smartphone, but I probably don't see it because there is the wording that my device "is not compatible with the Roon Remote app", a wording that wasn't there before.
Why has this been happening for a few days?
Can I still use my smartphone with Roon in some way without having to update the smartphone's operating system, which I would not like to do for other reasons?
If not, what is the minimum Android version accepted by Roon now?
Thank you.
Kind regards.
