Inconsistent Storage Location Visibility in Album and Artist Views (ref#89YYOM)

when i click on "my albums" and try to focus on storage locations - it shows "No Storage Locations" when i click on "my artists" i can focus on storage locations and it shows my music folder (Which is on a Zenmini running Roon core) and Tidal Library as storage locations

Thank you for your post. We’ve been unable to reproduce this report so far - can you please share a screenshot illustrating the problem? It looks like you might have more than one Roon client remote in this setup - does the issue reproduce across both of these machines?

Good spot,! Yes I have two clients. I verified my iphone client displays ok

But my MacOS client is the one with the issue:

Thank you for clarifying which client was having the problem. I’ve submitted a report to the dev team so they can take a closer look at this. While I can’t say exactly when it will be addressed, it’s in the queue and on their radar.

As soon as we have any updates or next steps, we’ll be sure to follow up here. Let us know if you have any other details to share in the meantime!

In the meantime can you please try reinstalling the Roon client on your Mac?

We have just a few follow-up questions from development.

When you encounter this issue on the Mac, are you either:

1. just waking the machine from sleep and opening Roon for the first time or from the background

2. if you’ve already been browsing in Roon, which screen were you on? What were you doing in the UI before you navigated to My Albums?

3. Lastly, do you see any other symptoms in Roon, like missing album images?
