Initial trouble with identifying tracks [Merged]

I installed Roon a couple of hours ago. Version 1.1 build 70.

It reports that it has added 10174 of 10174 tracks, but identified 0.

I’m running Windows 10 on a desktop with an i5 processor and 16 gig memory.

Music files stored on an external hard drive

Any suggestions?

There have been a number of reports of similar problems. I can reproduce the issues and have opened a bug report.

I’m going to merge this thread into this one so that everyone can receive reports from the devs in the one place.
