Thanks for reaching out. Has this issue always been happening, or is this new behavior? Does rebooting your Roon Server temporarily change anything?

I’ve had slowness issues as long as I can remember. It will barely work and then work fine a day later. Today It took 5 minutes just to get a track to play. I have practically given up on using it when it’s acting up. I’d blame it on something other than Roon but Spotify and airplay and other wifi devices don’t seem to have any issues, just Roon on and off. It’s usually never very good at all bu sometimes much better than other times. I had an open ticket a few months back and actually canceled my Qobuz account because that was said to be what the problem was. A restart will usually help improve things but has been really bad lately .
