Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Core is ROCK 1.8 on Intel NUC
Core is wired. Roon 1.8 running on Mac (catalina) and this is wireless.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Virgin Media router with Netgear switch

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Naim Uniti, Sonos - Cat6 ethernet connection

Description Of Issue

Trying to connect ROON to my ROCK. Roon asks me to enter username and password. When this is done and I connect it tells me that I am already logged in and suggests I can only connect to one core (which I was trying to do). Can get no further.

Sorry for the trouble, @Simon_Smith1

You should see the option to Unauthorize on this screen — Can you press this? After that you should be able to move forward and use Roon like normal.
