Intermittent playback and shuffle issues on new Roon installation (ref#DUJY9X)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· After installing Roon on another laptop I experience issues. Songs on some of the albums only play for 30 seconds while other albums are playing fine. Another issue is that "shuffle" is not continuous, but stops playing now and then.

   Could you please also provide the exact local time and the name of the track playing when the problem last occurred? This will help us pinpoint the event in the logs.
