· Latest Roon version on Synology NAS and latest remote app on iPhone. Ethernet connection to router 1Gb broadband. Main streamer is Audiolab 9000n. It also happens on my Cambridge Audio MXN10. The problem is that Roon when playing an Album or choosing a track directly sometimes won’t play a track and when playing an Album the album just stops. This is when using Qobuz and seems to be anything hi-res. It doesn’t happen when playing local flac files from the NAS. Started to happen a few days ago. Have rebooted and restarted everything but didn’t solve the issue.

We wanted to check whether things have improved since upgrading to the latest Roon version. We are still working on this issue, but the failure should not cause the system to fully lock up. Please let us know what you are seeing after updating to the latest Roon release.
Just wanted to report that Qobuz appears to be working normally with Roon now. It’s no longer skipping tracks when playing Albums including hi-res tracks.
