Internet radio via Airplay consistently drops after 15 minutes

@support I’m sometimes using Airplay to play internet radio on my Denon X7200WA receiver in my home cinema room. However, it consistently stops playing after about 15 minutes, the Denon immediately goes into standby. This only happens when playing internet radio (e.g. http://icecast.omroep.nl/radio2-bb-mp3.m3u), not when I’m playing music from my Roon server or Tidal.

I tried to have a look in the log-files and suspect the Denon is actually forcing a suspend. The logs says:

Given the fact that everything but internet radio is playing fine via Airplay, I suspect there might be something from the Roonserver end that can prevent this from happening. Could you help me out? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ok, figured something out. The main zone on the Denon has a power saving option turned on. After 15 minutes of no signal it goes into standby. So, it seems that an internet radio sourced Airplay stream isn’t picked up as an active signal by the Denon, while local or Tidal sourced Airplay streams are.

Is it possible to add a keep-alive command to the Airplay stream to prevent this from happening?

For the meantime I’ll turn off the power saving option.
