Dunno. There was only one minor update after the release of OPRA, and according to the release notes these were the only changes:

• Fixed an issue where the zone’s queue could get messed up after the application restart
• Fixed an issue where Muse presets could get stuck in the ‘Saving…’ state
• Fixed an issue where OPRA presets could erroneously get a modified * state indicator

Maybe there was a minor unmentioned change.
