Tried again, fresh install after formatted the SD Card and then I used Etcher to burn the image.
Same thing, it just keeps on blinking rapidly and i cannot open http://ropieee, or also the IP address of the RPI3.
My SD Card is 32GB - could there be an issue with this size?
