I’m experiencing a persistent issue when trying to log in to Roon ARC on my iPad (latest iPadOS). The authentication process gets stuck on the account.roon.app screen—after clicking “Login”, nothing happens, and I am not redirected back to the ARC app.
Here’s what I’ve already tried, without success:
Fully reinstalling the Roon ARC app
Clearing cache and cookies in Safari and Chrome
Verifying cookie permissions, JavaScript, pop-ups, and privacy settings
Switching between Wi-Fi and cellular networks
Trying different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)
Changing DNS settings (Cloudflare and Google)
Logging in from a Mac, where https://account.roon.app/devices returns a 404 Not Found
Log in works fine on my iPhone with the same credentials
This clearly indicates the issue is not related to my network or device, but rather a problem with the embedded login flow in Roon ARC for iOS, which fails to properly redirect to the native app.
Please escalate this issue, as I am currently unable to use Roon ARC on my iPad, and I’ve seen other users report similar problems in the forums.
