iOS iPhone app crashes most times it's used

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)


Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.


Description Of Issue

Hi @support. My partner uses iPhone to use Roon, she’s less than happy at the moment as the app since 1.8 launched has been unstable to the point its crashing instantly or goes to the background and comes back blank.

As I am not a user of apples stuff what can be done to provide any logs?

It’s an iPhone SE fist gen and she’s on latest iOS.

Thanks so much for reporting this and sorry about the trouble. What you’re describing seems to align with an issue we’re investigating:

Adding the information on that thread is the best next step.

If you haven’t tried this yet, could you please uninstall the app, restart the iPhone and re-install it?
