on previous older iPad Air, no issues. Traded it in on new M1 version and now it will not start up without closing all apps and rebooting. Latest OS version.

Since it’s been a while, could you please give us an update of your status. We’ve released a few builds since you last got in touch. Are you still having problems getting your M1 iPAd Pro to connect on build 903 0r 904?
If so, we’d be happy to jump in and take a look. To start, you can try removing the app from your iPad and reinstalling. We’ve seen customers cure these kind of issues with a reinstall.
