iPad unable to connect to Roon core NUC8i5 (ref#K6WD16)

What’s happening?

I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

What type of connection issue?

*Some *of my remotes can connect

iPad no longer connects to ROCK core NUC8i5. IPhone and a Windows PC can connect. Have restarted everything on the network. Reinstalled the Roon App on the iPad and operating system on ROCK.

It’s an iPad 8 with OSversion 17.3.1

Also, the other control devices can’t connect to Roon Search and Metadata Improver paused,

Hi @Newton_John,

It seems that Roon Server is having difficulty connecting to the Roon Cloud services, I suspect a networking issue.

Thus as a troubleshooting measure I would recommend rebooting your network router and any other network related equipment.

I tried that, but have just solved the problem. It took a complete new install of ROCK on the NUC. All appears well now.
