Thanks for taking the time to write in and share your report! Are you able to provide a bit more information around when in the login process you get stuck, specifically?

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please try to log into your Roon account page? Is that something you can do?

If the trouble is logging into the Roon software, it is worth noting that the process involves logging in via a web browser. The pop-up might be blocked by the default browser, depending on your settings. In that case, there are a few things that can help:

  • Rebooting your Roon Server

  • Clearing the default browser’s cache and cookies

  • Temporarily changing your default browser

  • Checking to ensure that you don’t have popup or cookie blockers preventing the redirect

Content blockers (adblockers) in Safari are the most common cause for this problem on iPads. Adlockers will intercept the URL re-direct back to Roon from the browser under the assumption that it’s a popup.

Please navigate to your iOS Settings → Safari → Content Blockers and disable any active adblockers. Restart Roon and attempt to login again.

We haven’t seen a response but we’re going to assume this issue is resolved tentatively. Our diagnostic servers indicate that you might have signed into Roon since your initial post.

The instructions above for iOS content blockers will resolve most login issues on iPads moving forward. Please note that if you have any third-party network security like antivirus, content blockers, etc. then you’ll need to whitelist Roon in those services.
