I just installed Roon on the iPhone from the Roon Web Site.

Hi @Michael_Arones,

With your server running on a windows device, have you tested your firewall / antivirus software on the device?

Here is more info:

Oddly enough …
On the previous days, the iPhone could not locate the server, & the Roon server did nor have any pop-up security exceptions.
This morning, the server suddenly did have pop-up exceptions for RAAT, to which I approved access - BUT, the iPhone still could not locate the server.
Then, in following the provided FAQ, I turned OFF the Windows Defender private network firewall and the iPhone client could connect.
So, I turned the private network firewall back ON, in preparation for adding specified exceptions & took a break. After the break I notice that the iPhone could still connection WITHOUT ADDING EXCEPTIONS. !!
I do not understand the logic of what has occurred, but it is currently working.

THANK YOU.
