Description of Issue

When I try to search for anything, all i get is a never-ending spinner.
I’ve also tried rebooting the Core, and disabling Qubuz, no change.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the clear/restart twice, didn’t change, still spins.

All my files (~17k) are local and just checked that Search is working for me. I know the update servers are having issues apparently in the US, UK, and Australia, so don’t know if any of this is related.

How do I get some help from Roon support team?

Your issue may be something to do with running your core on a Windows 7 machine. The minimum recommended spec is now Windows 10.

You posted in Support so they will see your post.

Worked up until the last release, I don’t remember seeing that they stopped support. I know Win 7 is old, but it’s my HTPC that I can’t really upgrade.

I don’t know if they’ve stopped support, but it may be a factor given that they’re now recommending Windows 10.
