I'm having trouble with my Nucleus hardware

Describe the issue

I hook my ssd hard drive to the usb port and it does not see it. I have tried Mac formatted drive and a windows formatted drive no luck. If I plug in a usb stick with music on it it works. Second problem: I try hooking up to a network drive, get the error message “Could not connect to share: Unauthorized

Are you using a username to connect to your network drive? It’s blank in your screenshot.

I have tried using a user name same error message

Hello DDPS,
I went back and tried adding the Username, this time Iooked it up, and it worked, Thanks so much for your help.
