Can you please send over the fresh log set from your Windows machine after you attempted to login? Please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader.
We unfortunately don’t have any additional troubleshooting steps for you to try at this time, the issue appears to be unique to your setup and or your network.
To confirm, using hotspot, completely outside of your local network still resulted in a failure?

Based on your admin, it still looks like you’re running Roon Server on an unsupported device, so we won’t be able to help you in that case. However, we’d be happy to help if you’re willing to stay within the supported setup on your Windows machine - thanks for your continued understanding here.
Since the error seemed to be network-related but persisted even with a fresh installation using a hotspot, I suspected the issue might be on Last.fm’s side.
So, I disconnected all linked applications, deleted my account, and created a new one. At that point, the audioscrobbler connected successfully.
I then reconnected all other applications to Last.fm, and they are now working correctly.
It looks like the issue was with the “old” Last.fm account rather than Roon.
In any case, problem solved everything is working perfectly now.
Excellent work and troubleshooting! And very interesting information to share as well - I’ll be taking it back to the development team to share internally. Perhaps there’s some clearer messaging we could incorporate to help users in the future who may run into similar issues.
