Issue connecting to Roon service on Synology NAS DS1522+ (ref#EBT1QI)

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

I have recently purchase Roon service.
I have set up the Roon on my Nas Synology DS1522+. I believe that everything is set properly but I can't connect. I stay on the "Loggin in" and doesnt go through. I have no error message, either it stays forever or it just stop and go back to the loggin page if I touch the screen. I have tried both on iphone and PC.
I have also rebooted the Nas but still same problem.

Please let me know what to do or I won't be able to keep my subscription thank you

Thanks for writing in! A few things to consider:

  1. Check your firewall’s and any third party antivirus software to ensure Roon is listed as a proper exception. Here’s more info:
  1. Ensure that all your Roon remotes are on the same local subnet as your NAS running Roon Server

Do you have any active VPNs in your system?
