I cannot log in Roon app eventhough I can log in Roonlabs account. It says Network error. All network setting is the same and I don’t stream. I am using local hard drive on Grimm 1

Hi,

This suggests that Roon Server cannot reach Roon’s cloud based licensing service.

As a troubleshooting measure I suggest rebooting your router, followed by the Roon Server Machine.

Thanks for writing in! Did @Carl’s note above help you with your issue?

How is your Grimm device connected to your router? Please setup a direct, hardwired connection and let me know if your issue persists.

We’ll also want to take a look at Roon Server logs, please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
