Issue logging into Roon ARC and remote apps on iPhone (ref#HAE41K)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

on my Roon arc app I am unable to log in it tells me these is a problem so I went to Roon remote app on same iPhone logged out and now it will not let me log back in. I deleted remote and arc apps and tried again to log in to no avail? Suggestions

network is fine core on m2 mini Verizon fios router all working perfectly

The warning in the screenshot you’ve posted is simply a reminder to verify that you’re using a legitimate Roon app and have not responded to a scam attempt to steal your credentials.

If you’ve downloaded Roon from our downloads page, then go ahead and select Sign In in the options presented.

If you’re unable to log in or find yourself stuck in a login loop, then please check any content blockers or adblockers in Safari or the browser you’re using on this phone.

Lastly, you can sign into your Roon account page in a browser outside of Roon to double-check your credentials and single-sign on status.
