Issue with accessing Roon subscription on Mac and iPhone (ref#PRY61O)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

I have the subscription and I don't have the nucleus just running it on a Mac and apple phone is this not enough?

If you don’t have a Nucleus, shouldn’t the title of your Support Request read something like:
“Issue with accessing Roon subscription on Mac and iPhone”? - I can change it if you like.

When you open Roon on your Mac, are you seeing a screen like this?

If so, then simply click the “Use this Mac” to set up the Roon Server on your Mac.

If the screen is different, then a screenshot would help the Support Team to diagnose your issue further.

Welcome to the community! Based on @Geoff_Coupe’s above response, it looks like you’ve set up Roon Server on your MacBook Air, and have been online and active recently.
