I can't connect to my account, the window for my identification run in circles and the Roon application doesn't go to the setting's. Thank's a lot. Fab

Welcome to the Roon community! Thanks for writing in to let us know about your issue. Can you try using a different browser to sign in? Sometimes that can help with login issues.

By this do you mean the Roon client doesn’t open? You don’t see a screen like this?

Yes, roon does’nt open it’s window after connection to my account. I think that there is a problem with it since I purchase roon and cancel it severals times.

I can tell you that you have an active license. So there’s no issue there. Please try opening the activity monitor on your server the next time you start Roon. In the activity monitor look to see If Roon, RoonServer, and RAATServer are running. You can open the activity monitor by pressing cmd+space and typing activity monitor in the text box that appears.
