Describe the issue

I follow the instructions to add playlists from MUSIC to Roon and it doesn't work. I place the xml playlists in the folder with the music, I refresh Roon's watchin file and nothing happens.

Thanks for taking the time to write in! I was able to take a look into your account and see roughly ~ 77K local tracks currently in your library. Are you still having issues importing your iTunes playlist via XML?

Is this a separate local library versus the iTunes playlist you’re attempting to import into Roon?

Hello i’am ok now, i hve find a solution this morning. My MUSIC software was in french so the Library.xml was Bibliotheque.xml and Roon refuse it. I have change the name of this folder for Library.xml instead of Bibliotheque.xml and it was suddenly working…Thank!
