I see incorrect data in Roon

Albums are automatically saved to my queue that I didn’t ask for, and others are deleted.

Hi Salvatore,

More information is needed. But, just from your post, I ASSUME you mean you have a streaming account and that things are added and removed from your queue and it wasn’t you.

It could be another family/friend user of Roon doing it. If it is not, then I would change the password of your streaming account immediately.

Yes I’m streaming Qobuz using roon. I’m using a Verizon router to feed an Innuos Zenith via cat 8 cable. That feeds a Chord DAVE dac via usb. I’ve changed my password for Qobuz and resigned in with it but continue to have the problem, sometimes when deleting an album it pops back up a few seconds later.

Could this be related? (under investigation):

Another wrinkle has popped up in my problem with albums not requested showing up in my queue. I was trying to open a Tidal account when they asked if I was a bot. The script said that they detected a bot at my IP address. Could this also be related to or possibly my entire problem?

Hi @Salvatore_Rosselli,
Thank you for your patience while we worked through the queue. Please upload a screenshot of the albums added to your queue. Also, are you using a VPN?

I’ve decided to not use roon any longer. I’ve had too many issues and little technical support. Although the software is great when it works, it isn’t worth the trouble when it doesn’t. I’m using the software that came in my Innuos streamer, less user friendly but great tech support.
