What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble with my DAC, speakers, streamer, etc.

What best describes the issue with your audio device?

· I see my device in Settings > Audio, but I can't enable it

Describe the issue

I have a DIY streamer. Made by Ian Canada. I see the device but cannot select it and get it to recieve signal from roon.

Hi @ortloc,

Thank you for your post. We’ve activated diagnostics for your account to take a closer look and Roon Server has sent an automatic report to our servers with some basic information about the failure event you’ve reported.

How have you connected your RaspberryPi to your RoonServer machine? Any information about your network topology will be particularly useful.

A screenshot of your Audio Settings page in Roon would be particularly useful, as others have mentioned above. Thanks!
