The latest diagnostics to reach our accounts show that RoonServer itself is offline.

Can you please share a screenshot of the Nucleus web administration page here?

What is the specific error you’re encountering within Roon when you attempt to import this library? Please also share a screenshot of the Settings → Storage page within Roon showing any network shares or local folders you’ve added as Watched Folder locations.
