What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble logging in

Where are you having trouble logging in?

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

Hello , when I started Roon it said it had problems loading library so I removed library and all its associated folders. Now trying to to reinstalling again . It shows 2 options to use as Neuclus ,my existing Mac it shows its online and it says this Mac ...which is the same machine as well . If I choose the ready one it gives me the message can't load library. If I choose the new one it takes forever to lead and nothing happens.

I have a deco M9 mesh network .and my library is on the network . Mycloud.

To confirm, are you attempting to get your Nucleus back online? Unfortunately, we’re not seeing the device tied to your account at all.

As a next step, could you please hook the Nucleus up to a monitor via HDMI, and share a screenshot of what you see? Often times it can help diagnose any potential hardware issues.

I see your Mac server with a local library currently active, are you still having issues to this regard?
