Hi @Michel_Motzkeit,

Thanks for the detailed description.

Login to the Roon website uses a browser-based redirect / pop-up flow, so this behavior is often caused by browser privacy restrictions.

Please double-check the following on both Safari and Brave:

  • Make sure pop-ups are allowed for the Roon website
  • Temporarily disable content blockers / privacy shields (especially in Brave)
  • In Safari: check Settings → Privacy and temporarily disable options that block cross-site tracking
  • After logging in, confirm whether the browser redirects to a Roon app, or if it simply returns to the login form

If possible, please also try logging in using a different browser (for example Chrome or Firefox) and let us know whether the issue persists.

That will help us narrow down whether the redirect is being blocked at the browser level.

Just to reiterate - content blockers are responsible for the vast majority of login loops reported here on Community.

Adblockers tend to intercept the URL redirect back to Roon from the browser. If you disable the content blockers and clear cookies in your default browser, you should find the page redirect functions.

Let us know if this helps. We’ll watch for a reply. Thank you!

Hello, yes it works now. I couldn’t understand why I get this curious behaviour, just because it worked without any trouble just before… A hidden content blocker was the explanation. More curious is the fact that I could login from Roon application which is linked to the default browser, but not from the standard login page on same browser..?
It’s alright now and thanks for your help.
