Issue with missing internal SSD drive after update (ref#L31601)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Music won’t play or issues with my library

Music won’t play or issues with my library

· Local files won't import or appear

Tell us what's going on

· I have an internal SSD drive and the storage drive is called “uniticore”. Following an update the drive seems to have been renamed nucleus+. Under nucleus plus are a number of folders jmcluding “storage” which is empty. Where has \\UNITICORE\MUSIC gone?

Tell us about your home network

· The Roon server (original server) has a CD ripper attached and is attached to the WiFi with its own router extender. There are no issues seeing the drive on the network. It just seems to have been renamed to nucleusplus

Please post screenshots of what you are seeing

Hello @Mark_Connell,

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like after the update the network hostname of your device may have changed, which is why the shared folder path \\UNITICORE\MUSIC no longer resolves.

Could you please share the following:

  1. Screenshots of what you currently see in Roon under Settings → Storage
  2. Can you still access the drive at \\UNITICORE\MUSIC from a Windows PC or Mac on the same network?

This will help us determine whether the music files are still there but the path in Roon simply needs to be updated to the new hostname.
