· My device has never shown up in Settings > Audio

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have the octavio stream as a connected stream player connected to my amplifier. (https://octavio.fr/blogs/blog/pourquoi-utiliser-roon)
My device works well when using Airplay streaming via my iPad or when using their own app virtuose.
My problem is I have never been able to see this player in my roon audio setup even if they say it is roon compatible (airplay only).
When asking them about this issue they told me to ask you guys as they do not have any problem with their own configuration.
