Did you update Roon to the latest version on server and all remotes, and set „Max“ quality in Roon > Settings > Services?

The price for Tidal is changed … from that moment I can not play anything anymore on Roon … My abonnement is still the same … ???
I’m sorry but this doesn’t sound like a Roon issue but some problem with your Tidal account.
What Tidal plan are you on right now, is it in good standing and are you sure you are logged into Roon/tidal using the correct email address?
Also what error is showing when you try to play anything from Tidal via Roon?
And can you play music directly through the Tidal app?
