Glad to hear that the update has helped with the PIPO device! As for the Windows 7 issue, can I please request that you open another thread as to separate the two issues?
If you can copy + paste the relevant information you mentioned from this thread and share a few screenshots, that would help us next focus on the Windows 7 issue more explicitly.
