I am unable to play music through my sonos amps or ports. It will only play music through Moon

You appear to have endpoints on two different subnets.

It was set up for me, so I am not sure if I am going to answer this well. I have a Sonos system that runs on its own WIFI. These devices are all able to play through the Sonos app. Even when I switch the Roon to the Sonos wifi, it will not play through the Sonos products, only Moon.

Sonos own WiFi is called SonosNet.

May I recommend you connect a central Sonos unit/device to your network via ethernet.

Without this, you’re on you homes WiFi network and not SonosNet.

You could do with the person who set things up for you, to ensure Roon and al audio devices you wish to use with Roon are on the same subnet.

Roon Support nor any other user will be able to help you further.
