Roon won't connect to my Imac / it was working fine up to this point / I don't recall doing anything different

it's connected via ethernet / maybe the issue occured after Xfinity (my internet provider) was down for a time for an upgrade

@wave3info, have you rebooted everything (your modem/router, Roon Server computer, and all Roon Remotes)?

We’ve taken a look at diagnostic info for your account and can see a RoonServer instance authenticated within the last day and on the most current Roon builds. Am I correct in assuming that you’ve been able to connect to your RoonServer in the interim?
