Full form submission

What’s happening?

I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

What type of connection issue?

*None* of my remotes can connect

Hi
the Roon remote app goes straight to the white screen/page which says choose your Roon server. The jellyfish is moving with the message next to it saying looking for your Roon server.I cannot progress from this screen/page to access my music.I have a Trigon Exxceed Roon server connected by Ethernet to my virgin 4 router.I use iPad Pro 11 inch with OS 17.4. A message on the front of the Trigon Roon server has now appeared saying,Welcome to unbuntu 16.04.5 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.15.0-34-low latency x86_64)
-bash: echo: write error: No space left on device
Maybe this message is part of the problem. I had tried restoring backups but could not do this as I got a fail message each time.

Is an unsupported device see here

Your error message means that there is no space left on one or more drives or partitions in that system.
See here for more info

This is not a Roon issue it is a hardware and underlying OS issue. Contact the manufacturer.

Looking at this review from the-ear.net, I found “The software used in Exxceed was created in-house by Trigon’s specialist team”. So I’d call Trigon for answers.

Thanks I suspected so & contacted the retailer who I bought it from a couple of weeks ago…still waiting for answers though.
