Describe the issue

when I "select a different Roon Server" the response is that you will lose access to the music you had before. I selected NO and it reverted back to the original "Waiting for your Roon Server ........"

Describe your network setup

dCS Lina connected through ethernet. N.B. Roon was running fine until a Microsoft update today. Also I noted that Roon is present in several different folders on my computer.

Firstly restart everything from scratch, pull plugs wait 30 seconds then restart the Router, Modem wait until internet is connected then restart the Roon Server

When you see “select a different server” say YES, your existing server will show and you can select it and hopefully proceed as normal

If that fail, check your video driver, Windows updates have a habit of overwriting the video driver which Roon uses extensively

Admittedly my Windows update caused no issues , but there a lot of variations
