Purchased from Qobuz the two currently available tracks from the new Jethro Tull album, Curious Ruminant, and they are both showing as purchased in my Qobuz account, but only one track (The Tipu House) has transferred to Roon. Any idea why?
Describe your network setup
I use Roon to make radio programmes, via the Audacity App. I don't use it to listen to music, so there are no other listening devices attached to it.
Welcome to the forum! If you purchased the tracks, you would have to then download them to a folder where Roon is watching, as @Suedkiez mentioned. If you have confirmed this and they are still not showing up, you can try to perform a force rescan via Roon Settings → Storage → 3-dot menu next to folder → force rescan. Hope this helps!
Thank you for replying. The items were both in the watched folder. Tried your suggestion with the force rescan, but to no avail. I will be buying the whole album when it is released on 7th March, so will wait until then to try the whole thing.
Check the file tags of both files, maybe one is different/wrong. If you go to Home > Recently Added, does it show one or two, possibly as different albums?
Anything in Settings > Library > Skipped Files?
Thank you so much for your help. It is in the Skipped Files list, along with a few others I hadn’t noticed were missing! I’m going to attempt to re-download them from Qobuz and see what happens next time. Cheers.
