Describe the issue

When using Roon on my Denon Home 350 (Roon tested) the volume is 100 every time I start it again.
I can turn down the volume on Denon but next time it is 100 and the speaker will explode.
Use Roon over airplay because Denon is not Roon Ready and only shows up as “other units” and not as tested.

All other units works fine with Roon
Use early access software on Mac mini and the latest

Have Denon setup as it should be and it runs perfect with HEOS and airplay from IPhone without Roon.

It is only with Roon I have this problem and tried with another Roon core standard software

Have asked Denon and they do not understand what is happening and it must be a Roon issue because the speaker works fine with all other sources

It doesn’t matter if I use fixed och device volume

Hi @Eric_Sahlvall,

Thank you for the report. We’ll certainly investigate what’s happening here.

Have you applied any DSP in MUSE to this Denon endpoint?

Can you please share a screenshot of the device settings for this Zone in Roon → Settings → Audio?

The team will activate diagnostics in the meantime.

Thanx for your response
But I have returned Denon and will go for Bluesound instead of HEOS on all point
Bluesound works excellent and will even save my Great Marantz setup.

It’s time for HEOS to step up…
