Description of Issue

I am having issues getting ROCK set up on my NUC. At the “missing codecs” point, was able to download and unzip the file I need, Am not able to access /Data to be able to install.

ROCK is running 1.0 Build 227. I am unable to get it to update using the web interface.

I will gladly pay $$ for someone to take me by the hand and walk me through to get this sorted!

I believe on Windows you can access the folder by doing the following:

Start > Run, and type: \Rock\ (please make sure it has two \ \ before typing rock)

(or)

SMB://Rock/

If it asks you to login just select the ‘Guest’ option and it should log you in. Access the DATA folder and then access the CODEC folder.

I found I couldn’t copy and paste the file. But, dragging the file into the window did. Refresh the webpage to see if it has successfully installed. You may need to reboot.
