Well, an‘t figure it out, still no WiFi possible, in spite of changing the router password to a simpler one. I‘m running out of ideas.

So sorry for the dumb questions I have!
I mean you’re wireless security. There are different security mechanisms for your wireless network.
You can find that setting in your router, presumably in the area where you also configured your wireless password.
It should be on WPA.
Mea culpa, Harry! I used the wrong password, harebrained me!
Now I see the Raspi both, hard-wired and WiFi connected after putting in the correct password.
